Quite suburban neighborhood with lakes and walking trails
This quiet neighborhood has a 20 MPH speed limit with frequent stop signs. Street parking is allowed and if needed please do not block any neighboring driveways.
Within walking distance there are two playgrounds (one located in the front and the other in the back of the neighborhood) and a walking trail around the pond on the left side of the home (if looking at the home). The playground has a splashpad that is further down the street towards the front of neighborhood.
